Maria Mahnke is an artist from the St. Croix Valley in Minnesota. She paints and draws birds, wildlife and nature. This project is made up of watercolor paintings and graphite pencil sketches.

Art from previous projects has been exhibited in galleries in the Canon Tunnel of Washington, D.C., Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and the College of Visual Arts.
